Welcome to the Northern Recorder Course website. We hope you enjoy finding out about this exciting and dynamic course.
The 2010 NRC was a huge success and thoroughly enjoyed by all course participants. From late night jazz sessions to poetry in the parterre, inspirational masterclasses to heavy metal contra basses, the course was full to bursting with unique recorder playing opportunities.
The 2011 course is shaping up to be every bit as good, led by our tutoring team of: Brian Blood, Ruth Burbidge, Paul Burnell, Alan Davis, Ruth Hayward, Ann Marshall, Steve Marshall, Andrew Melville, Janice Ormerod, Rosemary Robinson, Pam Smith and Moira Usher.
Information about the 2011 NRC will be available on this website from autumn 2010. In the meantime, we've left information about the 2010 course on the website to give you an idea of what we get up to at the NRC.
